Include the affected equipment, observed symptoms or planned changes, and your preferred timing. For business requests, mention how many users or devices are affected and any existing support arrangements.
Don’t send passwords, one-time codes, customer records, confidential business files or network security details. Mention relevant documents without copying their contents.
